Clear, honest rules about cancellations and refunds — no fine print, no surprises.
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your service agreement with RR Consultants within 3 business days of signing it, for any reason, without penalty or obligation.
Full refund of any fees paid — no questions asked.
If you cancel within this window, you will receive a full refund of any fees you have paid. Cancellation is effective the moment we receive your written notice.
To cancel your agreement, send written notice to RR Consultants using any of the following methods:
Your notice does not need to be in any particular form — just be clear that you wish to cancel. We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notice for your records.
Under CROA, we may not charge you for services before those services are performed. As a result, all fees are billed only after work has been completed. If you cancel after the 3-day window, you are not obligated to pay for services that have not yet been performed.
If you have already paid for services that have not been performed as of the date of your cancellation, you are entitled to a refund for those unperformed services.
Once a service has been fully performed and delivered (for example, a completed credit report review or a written action plan you have received), that fee is generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that situations change. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us at info@rrconsultants.com and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis in good faith.
For our Ongoing Dispute Support plan, fees are billed monthly after the month's services have been performed. You may cancel future months at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund months already serviced.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
If you are unhappy with our services or with a refund decision, you have several options:
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive, limit, or replace any right you have under federal or state law, including your rights under CROA and FCRA. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law governs.
We're happy to walk you through it. Reach out anytime — no pressure, no obligation.
